The Prawn of Soller Fair has been born. The wonderful red shrimp from the capital of Tramuntana have from this year its own fair to guarantee the enjoyment of all its visitors.
It will be held at the City Market in Sóller on Saturday March 7th from 19:30hr to 00:00 hr. and on Sunday March 8th from 12:00hr to 16:00hr.
Its bright red colour, its aroma and delicious fine flavour as well as intense, are indisputable signs of freshness. Enjoy it with your fingers and suck the head to pay tribute to, which for many is the queen of the crustaceans.

The price of the tasting is 3€, and together with the ‘Tren de Soller’, tickets that include transfer, degustation and drink for 20 €, have been organised.
