There is a place in Valldemossa called ‘Quitapenas’. Is a small place where you can taste wine and toast tapas locally known as ‘pambolis’, in which everything counts, everything is done with love and care, with dedication and respect.

I’ve always thought that the key to success of this place is that everything is cooked in the same way that they prepare it to themselves. Nothing is worth it unless it is worth it to Gabi and Axel.

This is its third summer and they have been granted the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2014. Though the real merit, relative given the passivity of many restaurants in Valldemossa, was that a month after their opening they were the No. 1 of the village in the mentioned travel portal.

Well, this year we have agreed to be the proud exclusive supplier of extra virgin olive oil of Quitapenas Valldemossa. At our neighbors home you can taste and buy our EVOO. Because who serves, is worth it.
