Oli Moix has calculated the total of greenhouse gas emissions generated in the production of its oil, from the picking of olives and its processing in the mill to its distribution. As a result we have managed to meet the carbon footprint for our 250 ml and 500 ml formats.
We have developed the first olive oil of Majorca and one of the first companies from the island to calculate the «carbon footprint» and report on their emissions of CO2 into the atmosphere.
The calculation result to produce each tin has been:
Tin of 250 ml 143 g CO2
Tin of 500 ml 285 g CO2
